Powder Grade Thickener and Rheological Control Agent
DeCAL 1033 is a high molecular weight acrylic thickener supplied in powder form and is designed to provide high viscosity with a thixotropic type rheology. DeCAL 1033 requires a pH range of 7.5-10.5 to be fully effective and will begin to swell immediately on addition to an alkaline system. In this case it is recommended to pre-gel the product prior to use. DeCAL 1033 is ideal for use with dry powder systems such as textured coatings, adhesives, fillers and grouts.
